A warm, fun, creative and inspiring leader among women, my main passion is coaching other women to reach their potential in a deeply authentic, feminine way. I am a devoted wife and mother, reaching out as a transformational mentor, coach and intuitive.
After graduating with an Economics degree and experiencing a successful corporate career in Human Resources with companies such as Land Rover, BMW, HANIEL corporation & AAH Pharmaceuticals (including postgraduate education), it was amidst the trappings of ’senior management’ – nice cars, expenses, my own office, business class travel that I started to feel like this wasn’t ‘it’. After all those years striving and climbing the ladder to dizzy heights I came face-to-face with the realisation that something was missing from my life.
I have always wanted to make a difference, and held myself accountable to this, and I yearned deeper fulfilment and greater satisfaction. After making the bold decision to leap into the unknown, I set up a company dedicated to helping women to live life in a prosperous and creative way that is true to their own selves. My gift is to gently nurture others to step into a boldly creative space and from there I know that anything is possible for them.
I started my own company from my kitchen table with little to go on except a passion and burning desire to make a difference. Before long, my coaching and training business took off, and I teamed up with a friend and fellow eve-olutionary. We created and launched the first women-only NLP certified practitioner programme in the UK, and 5 years later after touching hundreds of lives and helping women go on to more rewarding careers, better health and improved relationships, we evolved further and created a nurturing, inspiring and life-transforming community called ‘Damsels in Success’.
Having created, designed and delivered unique high level mentoring, coaching and training programmes for the most courageous and motivated women, I was inspired to take a different personal path, deciding to step in to a different level of creativity and purpose. I feel called to share my extensive expertise with big hearted women (and men who feel called!) wanting much more from their careers, but who don’t want to do it at the cost of their freedom, family, or their ‘inner tuition’, establishing myself in my own right, as the ‘coaching goddess’ I am so well known to my clients as being for them.
I have worked directly with over 1,000 women, and I am a fore-running expert in the field of feminine potential. Earlier this year I was a finalist in the national ‘Women On Their Way Awards’ for my outstanding contribution to Women’s Learning & Development. I have invested extensively in my own personal and development and I continue to be mentored at the highest level. The momentum of my personal growth trajectory is considerable, clients readily benefit directly from the great leaps that I have and continues to make. My work serves not only individuals but also organizations wanting to attract, inspire and embrace feminine talent authentically. I live with my loving husband, Mark, in Warwickshire with my beautiful, inspiring 6 year old daughter Elle.
